Overview
Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong products.
Customers must provide a full unboxing video from the start as proof. Without an unboxing video, no return or replacement request will be accepted.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of product delivery via WhatsApp.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.
Replacement will be provided depending on product availability.
No returns or refunds for products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
